Impacted by waste, inspired by others, and dedicated to drive positive environmental change, Design Declassified is on a mission to divert plastic waste from landfills and the environment, transforming it into sustainable building materials and product solutions.

We hope to inspire communities to re-imagine plastic waste, reduce plastic consumption, promote reuse, and ultimately prioritize recycling.

Manufacturing 100% recycled plastics into marble and terrazzo-like solid surfaces. Used for countertops, tables, backsplashes, wall panels, furniture, lighting, and more.

Our primary customers are architects, designers, and furniture manufacturers. Most furniture and interiors are built with materials like particleboard, MDF, and plywood, finished with laminate or veneer. These materials swell with moisture and can split, chip, or delaminate over time. They also require extra steps like edge banding, sanding or sealing before they're finished. Stone and solid surface alternatives are heavy, brittle, and costly to ship and install. They also require specialized shops and tooling to fabricate.

Our panels look like stone, machine like wood, and are as cost-effective as plastic. They're solid with color and pattern throughout, so there's no need for edge banding, finishing, or sealing. They're waterproof, stain-resistant, a third the weight of stone, and can be thermoformed into curved shapes. With standard 4'x8' and 5'x10' panels, they're ready for large-scale work, built to last, and 100% recyclable.

“An opportunity and a commitment to inspire, lead change, and do what’s right.”
